Colin Farrell cleared in lawsuit - (United Press International): "A California judge has dismissed a lawsuit filed against Irish actor Colin Farrell by a former phone-sex worker who claimed the actor stalked her.
Dessarea Bradford filed the $5,000 suit last December, claiming Farrell confided in her only to leave her suffering 'mental anguish' and feeling 'degraded,' E! Online reported Tuesday.
The complaint, which also alleged stalking, sought damages for 'breach of contract, return of erotic tape and art, cost of dress, shoes and accessories.'
A Santa Monica judge, however, dismissed the suit Monday.
A publicist for Farrell, who was in Florida and says he has never met Bradford, said he was pleased with the court's decision."

Former sex-chat-line worker DESSARAE BRADFORD agreed to take a polygraph test on US network PAX-TV's LIE DETECTOR show, to prove she was telling the truth when she filed a lawsuit alleging Farrell tormented her with lew d phone calls and text messages.
But when the programme's host ROLANDA WATTS told Bradford the machine had proved she was lying, Bradford called her a whore and accused the PHONE BOOTH hunk of bribing the show's bosses to undermine her claims.
Bradford, who's currently promoting her self-published book COLIN FARRELL: A DARK TWISTED PUPPY, fumes, 'I was set up. I think Colin's lawyer and the people who handle his image have spent tens of thousands of dollars to manipulate the outcome of the show."

RTE.ie Entertainment - Farrell gets Miami Vice love interest: "Chinese-born actress Gong Li is to play Colin Farrell's onscreen love interest in the movie version of 1980s police series 'Miami Vice'.
The Hollywood Reporter says that the Michael Mann-directed film stars Farrell and Oscar winner Jamie Foxx as Detectives Sonny Crockett and Ricardo Tubbs.
Li, whose credits include '2046', 'Raise the Red Lantern' and 'Farewell My Concubine', will play Isabella, the Chinese-Cuban wife of an international crime syndicate boss.
Mann is also serving as writer and producer on the film, which is due out in July 2006."
